During my day elliptical i do the hills setting on level 5 and at nite i do the 20 min sprint 8 intervals. This schedule seems to work out best for me. It didn't bother me when I had long hair because I could just put it up in a pony or messy bun but now I have short hair and it shows my sweat a lot more. Ok...first of all some of you are way over analyzing my workout routine. I do most of my workouts during my lunch. Sometimes i have an hour and sometimes 30-45 min. The reason why I still go to a gym on those short days is 1) to stay in the groove and 2) so I can change out of my dress clothes and be able to shower…

I usually feel this way a week before my TOM but that's no until next week. So this time it threw me off. I'll just continue to do what I'm doing and maybe add more veggies. I typically never feel full when I eat a lot of veggies tho. I just tried some cheese and we'll see if that helps.

I just did my re-evaluation and before I was getting 1330 calories and now I'm down to 1270. I was kind of surprised that it dropped me down 60 calories when I've only lost 17lbs. Does that seem right?

I tried it! I jogged off and on at the gym today. I warmed up for 5 mins by walking and then I would jog for 60 secs and then walk for 90 secs until I got to only 4 minutes left. Then I walked to cool down. I was a bag of sweat by the time I got done! It about killed me and I could barely make my minute jogs sometimes but…

Good question! I think it's more of a mental thing. Because I am seeing such good results on the elliptical I wanna keep that up until I reach a certain goal. And maybe those 6-7 lbs wouldn't be as hard on my knees lol I do the "hills" intervals on the ellitpical so it's not just one setting/level the full 20-30 minutes…

Thanks everyone. I just had my annual check up and my blood pressure and HR are always fine. So I don't think it's health related. I know I need to drink more water each day. Some days I hardly get 3 glasses in me. I'll try what Mayo said and see if that helps.

That's awesome! What an inspiration! I started early June at 224 and am 5ft 3. We're almost twins! So far I've lost 12 lbs. I just can't get myself to take a picture of myself right now to compare later. I'm feeling good and I don't want to see that fat picture right now.
