Girls! How much weight do you gain during your TOM
I'm up 4lbs since last Thursday. I'm hoping it goes back down but I also haven't worked out since then and this weekend was not good food wise. I didn't eat a lot but when I ate it wasn't good food. I feel like I'm starting all over again :sad:

Hair after workout
I do some of my workouts during my lunchhour so I have limited time. I do shower but I don't wash or wet my hair because I don't have enough time to fix it again. Is there any product to put in it that will make it look clean :smile: ? Any suggestions would be great. Thanks!!

Zumba----calories burned ??
RIght now I don't have anything to tell me how many calories I've burned during my 50 minute Zumba class. Any idea what it could typically be? I can't find anything in the workout tracker. Thanks!

Can you give me some ideas on what you drink for flavor? I get sick of water and sometimes adding a lemon doesn't even help.

Re-evaluate
Does one need to change their plan as they lose weight? I weighed in today and it said "you have lost more than 10 lbs. would you like to change your settings". Did you all do that?

Running or Elliptical
Just curious what you feel gives you more of a full body workout. I've mainly been doing the elliptical and thinking of starting jogging after I get below 200 lbs (about 6 more to go). Do you feel like you get more out of the elliptical or jogging/running?

I know quite a few people that are on this. It seems like peiople lose really fast with this diet. Is it as healthy as they say it is? Of course we all want fast results but is it promised to stay off if you go off the shakes?

Feel guilty about taking a day off going to the gym
I've been to the gym or worked out for 11 days straight. In the last month I've only missed 3 other times. Why do I feel so guilty if I'm unable to go to the gym today? Probably because we ate out last night and my scale said I was 3lbs heavier. More than likely due to the sodium in the food and it being close to that TOM.…

Protein
I'm afraid I'm eating too much protein. How much is too much? I go over almost every single day. When I snack I have some kind of nut or string cheese. I put Whey protein in my smoothies for the taste. Is there something else I can put in it for a vanilla taste? I use Almond Milk so I don't know if yogurt would be too much.

I want to shout out to everyone.....
in happiness that I've lost 9.4 lbs so far......but I don't want to jinx it ;-/ I'm nervous because my TOM is coming up and I usually gain an extra 5+lbs in water weight. Even tho I know it's just water weight I still don't want my scale to go up next week.

I'm so confused reading all these BMR TDEE posts!!
I am 5'3 and currently weigh 219 lbs. MFP has me set at 1610 calories a day and if I work out it goes up. I have not been able to eat all of those calories yet. Am I supposed to be??? I'm just so confused
