I'm doing DDPYOGA. You go at your own pace. I find I feel more calm and relaxed. I'm getting stronger though and my blood pressure went from 144/90 down to 134/85 in a couple of months (I plateaued since I ate like my boyfriend...over 2000 per day. Now down to 1800 and measuring things).

found this thread...already seeing a chiropractor, taking aleve, hot/cold on areas. doing stretches and adding new ones whenever I see them. I often have celery with peanut butter in them. I am trying to cut down on bread and that really satisfies I make tofu stir fries with spinach in them (also bell peppers, mushrooms and an iron, with some spices like cumin thrown in). Put some sriacha on that with soy sauce and that really satisfies too.

I know carbs are bad but my life would suck without some. I am having 1 bad carb a day (1 bagel or soy mocha etc). I pack as much protein as I can into my food daily as I get hungry easy. Even trying to not eat me or dairy, it's still pretty easy. Concentrate on getting your protein up in what you eat. That is what I do. Even if I need to have a protein shake.

I have plantar fasciitis and also a morten's neuroma in my left foot (both feet have PF, left worse). My weight exacerbates it. Sneakers/trainers can cause foot cramps if not properly fitted. I wear sandals a lot. I hope you do not have either of these, I don't wish them on anybody, but you may want to check. Good luck.

I eat the morningstar ones (meatless buffalo wings). I eat them with sriracha and they are pretty good. But they are 200 calories per serving (5 wings) and 9 grams of fat compared to 266 calories and 10 grams of fat (1 cup) so I think there is no way around they high calories/fat. Source:…
