  • I started on February 18 and I have lost 15 pounds as of this morning. The carb cravings are gone and I am not really all that hungry anymore. I have to really make it a concerted effort to eat meals. Hah! Who ever though I would say that?
  • I've found that the Italian Dressings with cheese in them, whatever kind, are usually around 2 carbs. They do great as marinades as well and taste good on most salads and with most meats. I find the creamier dressings tend to not go with all the foods I am eating. I also love the Marie's brands dressings.
