  • Hi Team! How is everyone doing? I have been sick for the last few days, and I missed weigh in! I definitely struggled over the holiday, but I'm hoping to get back on track with everything later this week when I've recovered.
  • I'd love a summer challenge as well. My effort has not resulted in pound loss as much as inches lost so far, so I need another challenge to keep me going and hopefully start changing the number on the scale!
  • Hi Teal Team (my favorite color, btw!). Hope everyone is ready to start this challenge. I have to admit it's been a bad day for me, but the rainy weather and birthday party at work for a coworker did not help! But I am trying to teach myself that it's ok to have days where I do not stick to my diet and exercise plan, as…

  • Based on your ticker, you have 20 more pounds you want to lose. I'd guess most of that will come from your legs. I'm also pear shaped, and lost about 20 pounds two years ago, most of which came from my waist. But towards the end, I did start to notice a difference in my legs and butt. I have another 30 to go, and since I…
  • Do it. I love it. It's the only workout I don't consistently find an excuse to avoid. When I try to go to a different program, I end up off the wagon for a few weeks!! The schedule is six days a week, and it changes every week so you don't get bored, and you work out everything, strength, cardio, and some yoga. There are…
  • Get a quality pair of cross trainers that will help you move laterally, and absorb shock (lots of jumping around!). I'm the least coordinated person ever, and even I got the hang of it. You'll do great!
  • Love it! Last year I dropped 20 pounds using the intro class schedule (was reaaaaaly out of shape) and really didn't watch my diet at all. It's fast paced, but stick with it and you won't be sorry!
