Thats funny that you said that. NOTHING hides the belly. Unless I'm wearing a grandma suit. I personally like having a bikini. I feel way better in one when my belly is where I want it to be. It's not a fun time to let it all out when only wearing a bikini. I'm going to do it when I go on Vacation. I will not look like a 20 year old and that is ok. I'm doing my best to be comfortable in my own skin and the bikini will just have to work with me. lol

Actually I'm not. I understand a banana has sugar. I've been around long enough to know the difference from ADDED sugars in Ice Cream to natural sugar in a banana. That is all fine. Yes ice cream can still be eaten. However like I said this is ano sugar no cream option. It's a banana. That's it!!! Less calories for sure. No work and it's delish. If I eat ice cream I'll want more than 1/2 a cup to fit into my calorie goals so for me this works and it's awesome!!!!!

NICE CREAM.. I love it. I'm going to make this all the time. The oreos sound good too. I'm going to try to add PB2 next time.. so yum.... It's fabulous and it filled me up enough so I'm not wanting more crap. So excited.

I too love ice cream. I will still have that, eventually. However, 1/2 cup of ice cream is still a lot more calories and sugar than a banana.. so I'm just thrilled. :smiley:

I was doing the same until I realized.. this is silly. Once a week is best.. but if you really need to do it. Go on every morning.. and move on with your day. Your weight will fluctuate all day long.. so unless you want to make yourself nutso, read a book instead. :smile:

I'm a double D and I have such an issue I Need a good sports bra .. I prefer champion and under armour I need padding and underwire. I can't have myself spilling out all over. I usually wear workout wear with spandex and tanks that breathe.

What works for me.. is taking a day and preparing food. Take stuff with you so you won't be tempted to eat whatever. I have peppers cut up in baggies. I have bluebell cheeses and almonds in snack bags. I have grilled chicken in tupperware with steamed broccoli.. Salads salads salads dressing on the side. One day at a time.…

I'm 5'11" and my calorie goal is 1200 to lose. I lost 9 pounds in a month. I also exercise everyday. My goal is 135 I'm almost there. I think you may need to try 1200-1300 calories and see how that goes. Honestly ... it's not easy but wishing you luck. Weigh your food and measure also .. this will help
