Also toasted brussels sprouts! Just toss with a tiny amount of olive oil and tiny sprinkle of salt and broil them till crisp! Mmm Mmm!!

A great side I've made to switch things up is zucchini and/ yellow squash sliced in rounds and simmered with green chilis and sprinkled with little bit of lite shredded cheese. Great flavor and makes you think you're eating something bad, but it's really not! :smile:

^^Agreed!! I understand wanting your significant other to be healthy and looking hot (who doesn't) but there is a much better way of going about that topic then "move it or lose it." You're beautiful and do it for you, not him if that's what you want!

ME!!!! Exactly what they said!! I had the hubbs hide it from me because the fluctuations were really throwing me for a loop and making me think all my hard work was for nothing and making me feel horrible when I think I'm doing good... It just throws me off track! Plus measurements are the way to go!! :tongue:

Congrats on acknowledging the problem and doing something about it! This place is filled with great people and ideas to help keep you on track! I used to be in the 1200 and under club desperate to lose weight with no avail... I’ve upped my calories, and eat back my exercise calories (mostly) I try to keep my NET calories…

I started walking every day!! It was the only thing that got the weight moving again! Try adding walks as much as you can along with your regular workouts and see if it helps! Good luck!!
