That is good to know re : cereal, I have the wildberry yogurt and add ice and make it a smoothie I love it I have it for breakfast every day. :)

Well done that is awesome. I have never been a runner and I am starting W3 D1 tonight and I am looking forward to it although if it keeps up this hot and humid out I may wait until I go to the gym and do it tomorrow morning. I have a 5K in July so I hope I will be able to do it!

I find a bath after my run helps (I usually do it in the evenings) and it feels so much better. I also make sure to stretch afterwards as well. I had some aches and pains and spread out the runs by more than a day and on my days off I would walk or bike. I felt sore this morning but pushed myself and I feel better.

I love the rain, in the spring and summer, I haven't run in it yet but look forward to it. I have my run this evening W2 Day3 looking forward to it.

Awesome to hear how well you are doing. This morning was WK 2 Day 2 for me and I feel great and I thought I was going to get winded but nope. Usually I have been running outdoors and today was the first time on the treadmill, it was fine good to know how far I went and was able to check heart rate. :) I am eating less than…

Love the story, wow you look awesome and congrats on the great time at the race. I am running a 5K near end of July called Warrior Dash, I am doing it with a group. I will duct tape the shoes. :) I have been doing the C25K and some other training as well. I can't wait and a wee bit scared too.

I started last week and this morning, I did Week 2 Day 2, so far so good, I really like how it eases you into it. :) And each time I am finished I feel great!

W2D2 today for me, going to the gym to do it on the treadmill, I have been doing it outdoors so I am interested to see how it goes. I really like it, and I actually feel pretty good afterwards. :)
