  • Exactly what Kourtney said. If you are getting more lean muscle, your body will be burning more fat and thereby helping out your metabolism a bunch.   • Yeah, that's what I was thinking too. On Monday though I was able to drink more than enough water though and yesterday the same...I haven't had any of the usual signs I usually get from being dehydrated (headache, extreme thirst, etc.), so I wonder if I'm doing ok on those. time will tell!
