Ditto, I can always use more and be someone else's support!

What works for me is external goals. I have a weight my doctors want me at but I don't really care. I just want to be healthy. I work towards accomplishing goals. One more pushup, one more rep, a little more weight, one more minute running/biking. That's what keeps me going, if I'm working towards something I can…

I've had a couple recently. The shirt I'm currently wearing that fits and looks great, used to feel like a girdle. Also, I just finished my first 5K, I walked most of it ( I did run for a smidge though!), but I did it. I lapped everyone on the couch. :D

Add sent your way! It's always nice to have support. :)

I can only speak for myself in this. I only add women to my friends list. It keeps my comfort level up on the topics that I discuss. Sorry about that. There are plenty out there that will have both, and men that would add you as well.

I don't have much to say about this. I just wanted to say congratulations and way to go!!! That's great news. :)
-
You can add me too! I need to lose a lot of weight and would like some more friends as well!

I took a pole dancing class once. It kicked my booty. If they had them near me, I'd take that class in a heart beat!

Mom of 2 with an undetermined amount of weight to lose. I added you and others, feel free to add me as well! :)

I'm a mommy of 2 and have quite a bit of weight to lose. I'm sending a request your way!

lol It's always good to laugh this early in the morning!

I have not seen a doctor about asthma or COPD because it's only when I over exert, and honestly because I don't want it. Lol I guess I'll have to bite the bullet and get checked out to make sure. This isn't stopping me at all, it's just slowing it down. Instead of working really hard and pushing harder, it's much slower. I…

That's soooooo wonderful! Congratulations on making a better life for yourself! :D

I may have only lost 11 lbs in a year, but I started in a tight 18. This is me right now, in a 16. I have a long way to go but it's good to see some progress.

I have a few foods that I can't keep in the house because of this. Chips is one, and corn bread. I love that stuff WAY too much. The others I can control myself with, that's what I'm learning. Steer clear of your trigger foods but don't deprive. That's the only way I'll stick with it.

Oh, my goal is to lose between an elephants penis and fats and oils an average American eats in a year, so far anyway. That may change as I lose/gain lean muscle.
-
an average house cat I'm going to go home and pick up my cat to reminisce. lol

This is amazing! And such an inspiration!

The thing that helps me, don't eat breaded meat, or deli meat and don't eat out. In order to keep under sodium I have to cook my own meats for sammiches and not eat out. When I do that I stay under.

That is sooooo great! :D

Greedy? I've never heard this and I say NO WAY! If it fits into your daily allotted amount do it! They're good for you!
-
Haha It's funny you said that because I've had many days like that. Watching the clock for the next time I can have my snack/meal. It does get easier, your body adjusts and you start feeling much better. :)

My kids, 5 and 9, are the same. And I'll be honest, me. lol They have a couple they'll eat but that's it. I have a few things that have helped me along. They used to not eat any, I tried cooking them in numerous ways and found that, for the most part, it's the consistency they don't like. They would not eat mashed of baked…

It's so hard at the beginning. I felt as though I was hungry but I really wasn't, I just wanted all of the bad things I should have! Stay strong, it gets better!
