I'd recommend changing your macros and upping protein intake. When I started doing 30-40% protein it helped a lot. I do 40 carb, 30 fat and 30 protein now, that works pretty well.

I drink it in at least 8 oz of water (or apple flavored zero calorie life water). I add a bunch of liquid stevia drops to it and then it tastes really good. Like apple juice with a kick.

I have actually grown to like it a lot. I mix it with the fuji-apple pear Sobe Lifewater 0 and put maybe 5 drops of stevia to sweeten it and it tastes great, like apple juice with a kick. Or I even like it just water with stevia now. Sweetening it is key I think.

I am about 5'10" and dhave done great with about 1700 calories. I am a different build though, I have a larger frame. I think 1600 sounds good for you. It si certainly not high enough to make you gain.

I absolutley hate all of the songs from Grease. They are sickeningly catchy and annoying and lodge themselves far too frimly in my head. "Don't Cha" ("whish you're girlfriend was hot like me") by *****cat dolls is one of the worst songs ever. Also Nickleback.

Matt Smith is great, highly underrated. I haven't watched much classic Who yet, but I hear everyone loved Baker. I did make the mistake of watching a few episodes from the 80s or so with the 6th doctor... they were terrible!
