I'd like to know this also. I've only on week one but I start the workout at 6:30 am and eat 1 small banana and have water before the workout. I'm guessing as its going to get harder perhaps I should be having something more substantial before I start?

Started this week on day 5 today! As mentioned in other posts I'm loving it :) Is anyone else not doing the diet but just trying to eat healthly?

I've just started insainty too, on day 5 right now. I love the way it makes me feel after but it is hard! I don't keep up the pace though, I just follow the move and do my own pace, plus I think I need to perfect my form. Its great that so many people are doing it on mpfp!
