Diet soda has aspertame which is a fake sugar which tricks your body into thinking its getting sugar when its not so in turn your hunger response is triggered and you will want to eat and your body will store this unnatural chemical as fat!

If you have more weight to lose then doing p90 and eating proper its normal to lose more initially..your doing wonderful..keep it up.

Dont give up...your doing great..slow progress is ok..it means you will keep that weight off..some people have alot more to lose so they may initially lose more at a time but it will tend to slow down afrer a while. Dont give up..remember to eat good clean meals every 2-3 hours and change your workour routine every 4…
