I've been using it for a couple of months now, using the "mid" intensity. I just got my HRM and it's calculating about 200 calories burned less than the online calculator. Still a great worokout and burn though! ETA: It might be more accurate on "low" intensity but I certainly don't feel like I'm at a low intensity during…

At least 100oz. every day. I keep a water bottle at my desk at work and refill it throughout the day.
