I'm 34 (will be 35 in June). I started *again* in January of this year, but I wasn't too serious about it. In Feb., I started Taekwondo, but didn't watch my diet. I didn't start tracking again on MFP until mid April. June 2013 About 256 pounds Jan. 2014 About 250 pounds May 3, 2014 About 231 pounds (down 25 pounds since…

What a great success story! Thank you so much for sharing! I am just starting my second wave with MFP. Hopefully, I can have a 500 day streak too! Wow! 500 days! AMAZING!

Wow, great results! I'm fairly new here and never looked put T25 until just now. Honestly, if I just saw the website, I would think it was a gimmick, but with your post, it is clear that it delivers results! Great job!

I only started tracking on MFP when I was ~247 pounds or so. Even with the 25 pounds lost, I know that I gained a lot of muscle…

I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to finish the workout in my allotted lunch time. I even spent hours creating training logs for…

Scott, I don't know what caused the B12 deficiency to begin with. I am diagnosed with Pernicious Anemia, meaning that my body cannot absorb B12 from food because of the lack of intrinsic factor (a protein). So, this is how it will be for the rest of my life. I experience fatigue, weakness, and painful burning/tingling in…

A follow on question.... I have a Wahoo fitness bluetooth heart rate monitor. If I wear the heart rate monitor AND the FitBit, are they smart enough to sync together for an activity on MFP? or will I end up with 2 entries for the same activity (one from FitBit and one from Wahoo HR monitor)?

Hey Scott, I don't have thyroid issues, but I have a vitamin B12 deficiency which I get a shot every other week. My weight has been up and down for the past 10 years. I'm hoping to lose the weight for good this time. I noticed that you live in McKinney. I'm in Plano.
