9 years, almost to the day.

9 years almost to the day between these pictures. 290LB on the left, winded after going up a long flight of stairs to an overlook. 211LB on the right, banging out my 15th straight 7:30 mile during a 25K last week. It's not just the pounds, it's the fitness. the guy on the left couldn't run 100 yards or do a single pushup. The guy on the right can do 100 burpees in 15 minutes and run for 15.5 miles in under 2 hours. When you put the pictures next to each other.... it's just crazy. Thanks to MFP and all the peeps in this community for helping me lose the weight and get fit (and stay fit.) Y'all rock.
