I was always "skinny" throughout my childhood but as soon as my period came for the first time at 12 I got huge. Years later I was diagnosed with PCOS. Yay hormones, thank you for ruining my life!

I just measured myself and it seems that I actually lost half an inch from my belly already, whoa! I've been obsessively weighting myself, more than 5 times a day. Sorry I thought my diary was open! It is now thought I do eat peanut butter and avocado, not daily but several times a week :/ Maybe with the excersise I will get hungrier? For example yesterday not only did I do the shred, i also had an 8 hour retail and still cpuld barely eat 900 calories

I honestly STRUGGLE to even make it to the 1000s calorie wise. I even go over my protein limits by a few numbers every day and I'm desperately trying to see what works to fill the calorie gap but honestly.
