I try to do some exercises while cooking. I will do planks, squats and push-ups while waiting for the microwave, water to boil or the oven to preheat.

So sorry to learn that you are struggling with infertility. It is not a fun place to be. We have been trying for about 3 years, have unexplained infertility, and preparing for our 2nd round of IVF in April. I am trying to lose a bit of weight to be in better shape and possibly help increase our odds of it finally working…

I have 1/2 cup of oatmeal every morning with raisins, fresh fruit, cinnamon and a splash of almond milk. Just stay away from the flavored packets, they have so much sugar. Get the plain and flavor it how you like.

I replace the mayo with avocado.

Fruit flavored sparkling water has worked wonders for me. I mostly drink it plain, but sometimes add a bit of 100% fruit juice to it, or mix it with wine.

I drink a lot of unsweetened black and herbal teas, also I really love Safeway Select sparking waters, especially the grapefruit flavor.
