The arm bands really work. I've bought 2 now (bigger iPhone wouldn't fit in the old one). If you are going to run with an arm band or a fit belt, and you want to listen to music, I cannot recommend wireless headphones enough! I have some cheap mpow cheetah headphones (from Amazon) that I love!

5/1 and 5/5 - 60 min Hot Vinyasa class On track so far!

Hello yoga friends! I used to go 4-5 times a week to a hot Vinyasa class, but life keeps getting busy and I'm only going once a week. The funny thing is that yoga usually calms me down when it gets busy, so I need to focus on going more again. My goal is at least twice a week, 10 times in May.

You can search your own when you're using the mobile app, but you can't when using the full online web version.

That's pretty fast. I completed the program, and I still only run at a 5.2. Sometimes I'll bump up to a minute or two of 6.0 for an interval, but I like to be able to finish my run and not have to add in recovery walks because I pushed too hard. Don't set yourself up for injury by overdoing. I've read you should run at a…

Started week 3 today. I've never made it this far. So. Much. Harder. Going to stick it out though!

Small loss this week, but a loss none the less!

Interesting! Thanks for experimenting! I tried it with the misto last week, and I couldn't get my digital scale to register anything for a full spray. Seriously, 0 grams. That doesn't seem possible, so I'm still over logging it to be on the safe side.

Me: 4 LNS: 4 Stayed within my calories this past week, but could have done better and cut back some of the late night trips to the snack cupboard.

It worked in the sense that it gave me some exercise to do to raise my heart rate, but it's hard to compare it to when I completed the program before, because I was losing weight much more steadily then. Now that I'm closer to my goal, I can't say it helped me lose any weight. I felt stronger at the end of February,…

This past week was a really good one for me. I got in some exercise every day, stuck with the meal plan I put in place on Monday, and ordered sensibly when we went out to breakfast on Saturday. We don't go out a lot with having toddler, so I usually just say ahh it's a cheat meal, but this week I didn't and it felt good. I…

Depends, how are they prepared? Steamed, roasted in oil, sauteed in butter? Makes a big difference calorie wise. Generally, I love mass amounts of vegetables! Most are really low cal, so you get a lot!

Just wondering if anyone has ever measured the weight/measurement of EVOO that comes out of one full Misto spray (fully pumped to fully discharged)? I keep meaning to actually spray it into little graduated measuring tbsp cup to see, but never get around to it, so I log it as 1 tsp for now.

These are awesome. I bought a pair on clearance at my local sporting goods store on a whim, because they were selling for $7. Now I wish I had bought all they had!

Me: 3 LNS: 1* The sugar monster won tonight. Weighed, logged, and moving on. Back strong tomorrow!

The ones that I like from Tim Hortons have about 70 cals each. When I occasionally drive through for a treat and ask for coffee and 2 timbits (one for me, one to share with my son) they always ask "2 boxes?" and I have to say "no, just 2." I'm pretty sure they think I'm weird. I can't be trusted with an entire box.

Finally made it to the computer, so I added myself to the sheet today. I'm aiming for 1 lb a week

Me: 2* LNS: 2 That was a snacky weekend, but I'm back at it. I have a mini vacation coming this week, but I'm planning on bringing food and making good choices.

Is it cookie dough consistency, or still yogurt consistency? Have you tried chocolate pb2? So good, and I bet this would be a yummy way to use it.

To make zoodles (or cucumber, or carrot, or potato, or parsnip... noodles) you'll need a spiralizer or a mandolin (but only use a mandolin once you're a little more familiar with cooking/cutting so you don't slice your hand open). I just got a spiralizer and LOVE it. skinnytaste.com and inspiralized.com are my go-tos for…

I'm working on my last 15 too. I reached my original goal of losing 50 lbs in Nov to put me at the tip-top of the "normal" BMI range. I decided in Jan that I really would like to get down 15 more. So far, I've not been super successful. I'd love some accountability buddies. Please add me!

Me: 1* LNS: 0 I was very conscious of wanting to snack, but I didn't!

I know I'm late to the game, but I just saw this thread. I have been maintaining for months due to LNS. My beautifully pre-planned out days are shot after I end up eating a bunch of junk after dinner 3-4 nights a week. I'm in for the rest of Feb, and I hope a March group starts up!

I run on the treadmill in my building's fitness center at lunch. I run one - two miles depending on how fast I'm going since I don't get a lot of time for lunch, and I have to clean myself up and change back into work clothes. The disposable face wipes are great for a dry shower if you don't have shower access or time. I…
