Last month I did a random sampling of the 30DS that I've done so many times before. This month I am going to be following the program of RI30 (I don't follow her meals, but I do roughly fall into her 1400 cal day range). Anyone else want to join in? I completed Week 1, Day 2 today!

Anyone signed up for any of the Detroit Free Press runs in October? I'm doing the 5K with the personal goal of RUNNING all of it. No walk breaks! Someday I hope to be able to run the half. That sounds crazy right now, but running a 5K sounded 100% impossible back when I started running in May.
