I just passed my plateau after about 3 weeks. The things I did differently was to focus more on cardio and less on weight training. I was lifting weights 5 times a week. Ok so basically I need to pick a day and weigh myself that day every week. My schedule is a little different so I would weigh Sunday morning or Monday morning. I work overnights so my morning is actually 7 pm.

Yes going to the bathroom does make a difference!! Lol!! My friend says she actually weighs less with a full bladder!! Whatever works!

When I put a fruit like an orange in my diary it automatically computes the fruit sugar grams. A medium orange has 17g of fruit. That sounds a bit much. If I subtract the fruit sugars I am within the range I need to be it I was just curious to see what others think about this. Thanks again everyone.

I don't eat tons of fruit, maybe an orange or grapefruit once a day. I just don't like to see those red numbers in my diary!! Ugh.

I am not diabetic or on any special diet but I try to eat like a diabetic because diabetes runs heavy in my family. Thanks for the information.

I thought the same thing. I was also shocked at the amount of sugar in supposedly healthy yogurt. Scary. I will stick to the probiotic pills.

I have been working overnights 9pm- 5:30am for 8 years. They key is to stay awak from the junk food by bring your own healthy snack and protein shakes to give you a full feeling. It takes time to get used to the hours but your body will adapt. If you have trouble sleeping try melatonin to help regulate your sleep schedule.…
