Newbie Introduction

Hello everyone. I recently had a devastating loss in my life. It made me reevaluate my overall health and my future health goals. I have been hitting the gym 5X a week doing cardio and weight training. In 3 weeks I have lost 8lbs. I would like to keep this pace going and I would like some friends to help keep me motivated. I would like to lose 30 lbs total.
