I've only joined here a week ago yesterday and as of today I've lost 4lbs by eating more and drinking 2 litres of water a day! Before I would average about 1000 cals, sometimes more sometimes less. Thanks! I want to get rid of the fat on my arms and of course everywhere else - obviously I know you can't do that by just using weights, I have changed my diet too.
