    Hi

Oh I feel for you, I don't have your problem but I have herniated discs from a car accident which cause me ALOT of pain,at worst can barely walk, I also have trouble with the sciatic nerve too and my spine. i've just been able to start walking - at a slow pace and only 10 to 20mins! Oh have you ever heard of Mind your own back, by Steve Timm, I have to start doing the exercises again but I had AMAZING results before!! I was pain free for a few months by doing his exercises
  • I haven't heard of him but I'll see if I can find him. I have an exercise tape that's old from Richard Simmons. It's for people that are sedentary. I thought I would try that and maybe walk everyday to try to check the mail. Hopefully I can do that. Those sciatic nerves are a pain. The herniated discs arent' any fun either so I can understand the pain u have. Thanks for the info and I will try to find those exercises u were talking about.

Hope it helps, I did the exercises for just 3 days and started to develop pins and needles in my legs,I put it down to the exercises and stopped doing them and was then pain free! I know it sounds too good to be true but take it from me I've been like this 10yrs this month. Maybe it will help, maybe not but its worth looking into. Theres just one of the exercises that you have to be extremely careful with. Feel free to contact me about it
