  • After working 11:00 to 7:00 a.m. shift (week-end job) I had an a.m. church meeting. Of all the nerve, they served pizza for lunch, but also a large salad. It was the only thing that saved me. Happy to say I stayed within my day's intake totals. It's tough out there, stay strong sisters!!!!

  • I made a huge portion of chicken vegetable stew with double the vegetables. I'm one of those strange people who will eat the same meal every day until it is gone (love left overs-less cooking to be done). Therefore, I'm getting my vegetables everyday. Yummy!!
