I don't drink ever. I like having all my faculties under my control and not of some substance. And every one I know , knows this and accepts it. I f some one wants you to drink and you don't want to, tell them no. You don't have to give a reason, it is your choice. I always tell people I am fun enough with out alcohol .

I make sweet tea with splenda and started making lemonade with splenda and I am drinking those to stop with the soda. Getting off the caffeine and sugar was rough at first , but worth it.
