MFP creates a deficit for you and therefore when you do exercise it credits calories back otherwise the deficit will be greater and not sustainable in the long run my advice, find a TDEE calculator online and figure that out and then create a 10 - 20% deficit based off that number while still crediting back exercise…

No. I hardly think there is such thing to overdose on any kind of food, unless it has some sort of substance that causes unwanted/ bad effects if taken in high amounts at a given time. Unless you don't want to "overdose" on important minerals and vitamins and the health benefits of spinach, then eat what you like"

one thing you can try is HIIT. look it up on google if you don't know what it is. Another thing you can try is intermittent fasting, a few people swear by the results they get from doing it. GL

what type of running have you been doing?
-
None. But if i had one it'll have to be a Siberian husky

I go alone. I like this except for two things. Not having a partner means not having a spotter and someone to check my form every now and then. I also hate asking people to spot me as i don't want to disrupt their workout so I just tough it out alone

Football (soccer). Forza juve : )

depends. some days i do, some i don't. i have a lot of foods stored under the recipe section so i don't have to add them in every single day one at a time if i use them often

OP, find a TDEE calculator online and calculate your calories from that. This includes how long you sleep, eat, cook, clean, work, workout and just general activities of everyday life and your BMR. then from this, subtract between 10% - 20% to get your deficit. stick with it for a few weeks and adjust accordingly to…

50 mins to 1 hour and 15 mins if i do stretching at the end. Lifting only atm. 3 hours is a huge amount of time for one day. that's how much i average 1 week in a gym maybe a bit more.
-
what's up OP  . I'm a 19 yo uni student (college, what ever :/) going through this whole life style change too and loves soccer (don't get me started) and would be happy for new MFP friends to motivate and vise versa : )

This. and make sure its from good sources too.

your physique (and definitely health) have change soooo much. I am still looking at your before and after image and thinking "holy crap....." it's stories like this that make me want to hit the gym even harder than before and continue tweaking my eating to better myself. Keep it up man!
