We don't all hide. Rocking it in the Highlands of Scotland here. Anyone can feel free to add me.

I do a one body weight class and one spin class 4 days a week. I love the body weight classes most, the cross-training one that I go to on a Wednesday is my favourite, an hour long hard graft with everything from cardio blasts, to core to arms, shoulders, legs - the whole lot. It's the hardest by far of all my classes -…

Way to go! Must have been quite a buzz!!! Impressive!

I use the TDEE - 20%. Being active also (too many hours at gym class) mine says 2300 TDEE so I try to eat around 1800 every day. It works a lot better than the 1200 + exercise burn that mfp recommended. If I ate back all my calories burned at the gym I'd be about at maintenance according to the TDEE calculations. That…

100 days today for me! Woop. What do you mean I'm no where near?? :p
-
Highlands of Scotland, it's 9.47am.

BBC Radio 6. Don't ask me what song though, they play some classics, but also some real random belters. Nearly home time too - woop :)

Also in Scotland, up in the Highlands. Enjoying the sunshine even though it's still bitterly cold. Roll on spring/summer! Anyone feel free to add me, log every day (although don't check the last 4 days as mucho badness). :p :)

Totally important. The music they pump into my gym is crap to say the least. Definitely need my ipod so I can get some high tempo tunes going. Nothing worse than trying to workout to ballads! I notice it at spin class too, especially when they have us doing sprints. One instructor has just the right songs to beast it to,…

Hurrah! A bodypart that I don't mind sharing photos of! Mmwahahah :)

Highlands of Scotland, freezing my *kitten* off and waiting patiently for the clocks to go forward and the weather to get warmer! Anyone feel free to add me, 80 days logging today, so I'm always here to encourage you or kick you *kitten* when you need it!! (and I could always do with the same treatment sometimes!)
-
Agreed. and *swoooooon* at gif.

^^ NOT this ^^ This. Totally.

That's me today too (without the haircut and the wife :p ) Been struggling to keep with it mentally this week, it's my best friend's birthday on Monday so we're out tonight to get a little bit worse for wear and dance the night away. Blow it all today and then get back on it tomorrow with added confidence and willpower!…

Google "You are your own Gym". There's a book or an app, all body weight exercises and great for at home training.

^^ This. You totally beat me to it. By the time I get home from the gym, shower and eat, it's bed time. Then I eat breakfast when I get up. I don't limit when I eat, just how much. :)

I'm so sorry for your loss. Errrrmmmm - NOT! Well done :)

One of the lochs I walk/cycle by :)

Haaha, this really got me laughing.

Hi taunto. x

In the summer, I actually prefer running in the rain cos it keeps you cooler. In the winter (like poster above) it's just not possible when there's inches of snow or an icerink for a path outside. I say all of this in present tense even though I'm not allowed to run anymore.... wwaaaaaaaaa booooo hisssss lol x

Holy moly! Way to go girl, that's amazing work!!

*points but doesn't laugh* I pay £12.50 per month for unlimited use to our brand new council sports centre and have free use of the pool at the local hotel too. The price includes all and any classes as well as the gym. £199 a month ??? - I think the personal trainer that uses my gym is £17.50 per hour. Exactly how many…

I'm in midst of thinking of getting some Omega 3 capsules as I really don't think I get enough (or any). But at 108 calories, I'd need to give up my morning biscuits! :) Then again, I could just go out for a wander or burn an extra 108 cals at the gym....... Much better idea :)
-
I've got 'before' shots of me in my fave jeans too. I can't wait to get after shots like yours! Well done - very inspiring! x

They beat me to it. Doesn't mean us true (ha!) Northern folks are not included though right?? Anyone notice the Northerners have better accents? :p

You can sync your HRM to endomondo? That might help, cos the 112 mins of walking I just did was over 1000 according to edmondo and only 550 odd according to my polar. Now to figure out how to sync it! Edit: hmmmmm you need a specific dongle and strap. Won't be sync'ing then!

Haha! Bet she wouldda stopped looking (or moved completely) if you looked her straight in the eye and said "race ya?". Too funny... Will remember that for the future.

I've got a polar FT60. It's great for what I need, which is mainly calories burned and being able to track it all online (saving which types of activity and when and max hr etc etc). It also had a fitness test VO2max thingy, but I'm not sure how well it works cos it's said I've gone backwards on my fitness after 6 weeks of…
