okay, so how long? Some of us cannot follow those links right now .....

When I worked out long before I was here. I kept track of everything in log books for 7 yrs, DAILY .Without exception. Long before facebook, myspace, MFP or any of that crap.

I don't track my days of logging in because MFP was always losing count. I also can't follow the link. I joined in August of 2008.

About a week ago one of my friends who I communicate with regularly on MFP had been on for 900 days in a row! Now that's commitment!

I joined August 2010, but I stick to my paper journal. I generally just use this site for the forums and the nutrition info, not to actually log anything.

One of the wonderful gals on here has been logging since March 2010 and has logged in 1125+ days in a row! Quite an inspiration for sticking with it.

to the OP... 760 is GREAT !!

Sadly I doubt I will ever see that figure on here. As I cannot always get on the 'net. or just don't have signal to get on even if I have the time. But, I started my new Workout Log Book this week. Last time was 7+ yrs straight. I aim to beat that this time .... That is one of my long term goals, 10yrs worth of Log Books to look back on ...
