I just searched for the Hollywood Workout I may have to try that, although I love my Zumba mixing it up would be good. I played Demo for biggest loser and wasnt impressed either. I will say though Bob Harpers workout vidoes are my favorite and super inexpensive!

I suggest a HRM, even the kinect games that say they track calories aren't accurate. Ive done the adventures game and I would call it light aerobics though so your probably fairly safe there, but an HRM is the way to go. I started at 282 a few years ago and a size 24. I got down to 172 in about 1.2yrs. I was almoooooost in a size 10 M/L I could easily shop at skinny girl stores ( I miss that...so easy) I'm 203 now and back on it, hoping to get to 150-160..160 first goal and fit, fit, fit..lots of liftiing :) oh and I'm 5' 4.75 :)
