Anyone else wear Zagorra clothing to help lose weight? I mean I think the concept is really fascinating but I don't think spending $120.00 on a pair of pants to make me sweat more is believable.

Like Really?

More sweat does not equal more calories burned.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems to me the only way they're helping you lose weight is by dehydrating you. You're sweating more, which means losing water weight, but it's not exactly helping get the fat off....

LOL - sorry, honestly. They have "sweat" clothing at Five Below - my friend asked about and I just gave her the stare. Really? Sorry - even if you did loose more weight it's water weight only... it will be back lickity split.

Save the money for some nice normal clothes. Or even some nice standard work-out clothes. If you are doing it right, you'll be sweating enough anyways.

Sweating more does burn more calories, if you're sweating more because your body temp has gone up.
I have a good HRM and I know I burn a LOT more calories on hot summer days than I do when it's just 10 degrees cooler out.
So I'd say if it truly increases your body temperature, it would help. It would be interesting to wear a pair while working out, check my cals burned and then try it without them. If anyone wants to buy me a pair, I'll be the guinea pig. lol
Id love to try the pants for biking, but like you, I'm not so sure about the price.

This may be true.....for you. But it's not the rule. My calorie burns have been higher since it got colder (when running outside - and yes, I wear an HRM).

And what about people who are not natural sweaters? Are you saying that they don't burn as many calories because they are not losing body fluid? I am a heavy sweater, but I don't think it would be fair to imply that the girl next to me is not working as hard just because she doesn't sweat as much.

I fell for it, but had a groupon for 50% off so I dont feel like I got too duped :blushing:

However I think it may do something for cellulite - Im not 100% sure my legs and butt always feel way smoother and less cellulite-ey after I've worn them..lasts a couple days...I can't ear them all the time though, they are too hot and worst of all the 'swooshy" sound they make when you walk or workout.

I wouldnt have got them if it wasn't for the groupon. Wont buy anymore either.

I actually bought a pair on Groupon. They do make your legs sweat like crazy, pretty gross actually. I've worn them a few times, but the company tells you to wear them for like 2 weeks straight, even to bed. I never did that.

Wear to bed? Will they refund your money if your love life suffers from this?
