I have not tried P90X but I am doing Tapout XT. I have been doing it for a month and have already seen and felt results. I LOVE TAPOUT XT. I look forward to my workout everyday! I plan on trying out P90X after my 90 days with Tapout XT. I also incorporate running and some of the Brazilian Booty Lift Workouts every week.…

Hey Ladies!! I am in too! I am currently 175lbs. I will be 160lbs by Halloween :-) I am started Tapout XT two weeks ago and I am already seeing results. I also jog three times a week and add in Zumba and the the Brazilian Booty Lift Workout as well! :-)

I started this Challenge on the 6th. Here are my numbers for the week: 8/6: 7.21 miles 8/7: 5.41 miles 8/8: 6.30 miles 8/9: 9.26 miles 8/10: 4.17 miles 8/12: 2.2 miles 8/13: 11.67 miles 8/14 :8.14 miles 8/15: 10.31 miles 8/16: 6.77 miles 8/17: 6.42 miles Total miles thus far: 77.86 miles

I do TapOut XT six days a week. I jog (5k training) three times a week. I do either Zumba, or the Brazilian Booty Lift Workout on the days that I do not jog. I worked out six days this week for two hours per day.
