Max recovery done and did I ever need this workout today!! Muscles were sore so it felt great to stretch em out more today!!

First day of recovery week done. I think I sweated more today than I did last week, don't know if its the warmer temps or that with the slower pace I was able to take less breaks!!

Pure cardio & cardio abs. Lack of sleep is catching up with me, was wanting to take a nap after work instead of working out. I decided not to nap and do these back to back again! Took a lot for me to make it through but I did! Wasn't my best performance but I hit play and pushed through!!!

I make a protein shake as soon as I'm done and while I'm drinking that I usually cook supper.

Just did 2nd fit test and it still kicked my butt! Here are my 1st results compared to my 2nd! 1. 32-40 2. 32-37 3. 60-100 4. 17-25 5. 5-6 6. 7-9 7. 16-20 8. 32-40 I can see some change in my stomach but I still have a long ways to go!!

I think it all depends on your body type. I just did my second fit test and can see change in my stomach and endurance. Two weeks ago I weighed 270 lbs, I have lost 10 lbs so far so I kind of expect to see results faster because of all the fat I have. Did pure cardio and cardio abs yesterday back to back, was a little worried when he said let's start the warmup! Week 2 is done and I can't wait to step on the scale tomorrow and do my second fit test.

Just got done with pure cardio. Didn't wear my hrm and I know I pushed myself way harder than last week when I wore it. Surprised myself on how much I did before I had to take a break! Just keep pushing play everyday!

Day 1 week 2 cardio power & resistance done and I lost 6 lbs so far!

Plyo cardio and week one done! Day off tomorrow then step on the scale Sunday morn to see if I lost anything! My body is feeling a lot better now, no more sore achy muscles!

I did the fit test Sunday with poor results! I got through month 2 week 1 last summer before i got unmotivated. I'm 34 and 270 lbs looking to lose 70! Not following the nutrition plan but am eating healthier and keeping my calories around 2000.

Just got done with the fit test, really looking forward to waking up in the morning and not being able to walk cause of the soreness!!! Tried INSANITY last summer but only made it through week one of the second month. Feel free to add me cause I know I need all the help and motivation to get through this!!
