Don't give up - figure out what triggers the flare ups and some how do a moderation of that exercise. Keep moving is my advice - Pain can really play havoc on your mental state...don't let it get to you. Keep moving - keep praying.

Realizing and facing the fact that losing the weight doesn't make the emotional scars go away. The more you lose the bigger fear of failure and gaining it back. I have to keep telling myself look at how far I've come and remember all the OMG's I get when I show people my before picture.

No expert on the calories you should consume...not knowing your stats I would say maybe closer to 1400 to 1600 calories start out higher and go lower as you lose weight. I do know about breast size decreasing with weight loss. I started out a 46D and now I am 38D a small D at that :(.

Stay focused if you can't find that balance at this point in your journey then if it was to be - he will still be there when you are ready. You are still young and have time to meet that "mr wonderful" but NOW is the time to get healthy the older you get the harder it is. Keep in mind when you lose the weight it doesn't…

42 pounds to go and it's the hardest of the journey so far.
