    Way to go! Great inspiration that it can be done. How long did it take you to reach your goal?

    About a year a half. I have lost 91 lbs since the end of last March

    Thank you. Yes my journey doesn't end here. I plan to live this healthy lifestyle for the long haul and am never going back there. I only ran a 5k but felt like a marathon to me :) It was my second one and I beat my PR by 5 min!
