You can do it. I gave up diet soda's...Well I may have one like once or twice a month. But as long as I get my morning dose of coffee, I can survive the rest of the day! LOL sad, but hey I drink lots of water anyway! LOL Great job!

Ive lost about 46 lbs now. When I was down 25 lbs, I started to noticed I was getting colder too. I've always been the type of person who was HOT all the time. But now I'm cold...Actually my body temperature flucuates tremendously, but I'm colder than before. Kinda weird. lol

Um... I lost 45 lbs on this program and I'm still on it. I was a FAT GUY not in shape AT all and I did it and stayed consistent. Check out my profile and pictures to see shirtless pic and check out my pic below. DEFINITELY worth the money.

Yes, the best thing to do is get a heart rate monitor. Not only to see how many calories you're burning but to make sure your heart rate is in a safe zone and in an appropriate zone for fat burning.
