P 90x/insanity hybrid

I am starting this hybrid today:) I've never did insanity but have done asylum. I've already done 3 rounds of p90x also. Looking for any new input I need to know for this combo, also would like friends who have or are doing this hybrid:)

    I've doen that hybrid. its not easy but its great for taking things to the next level

    i've done insanity, asylum, and p90x. I've never done a p90x/insanity hybrid.

    i did do the insanity/asylum hybrid on the back of the Asylum calander. I invite you to try that one at some point. its the hardest BB thing i've done yet. a lot of two a days....

    .... Gameday with Double Overtime rears its ugly head lol
