I have pretty much been continuing on with Whole30 with the very few exceptions. My plan is to do another strict 30 days beginning June 1, 2013. I have still lost 2 more lbs since I finished my first strict Whole30 May 16. :)

I have the same question. I can't seem to find any bacon that is approved. Maybe I'm looking for the wrong thing. I have found uncured bacon with no nitrates and no all this other stuff but it has either brown sugar or sugar listed in ingredients...Someone please help! LOL

Not a fail! I didn't start until the 15th because I wasn't fully prepared. It's all good. Preparation and education is going to be how you are successful. As far as the BF issue. I would do it just because of that! :)

I have not tried it with Almond Milk but I wasn't sure it was approved? I'm going to try the coconut milk with some spices again in the morning. I'm stuck with only drinking water or unsweet tea otherwise, correct?
