( like ready salted crisps crunched over the top) As for lentils theres so much variety and flavour in the different dishes. wish i could cook them, ill try…

Stick at, Its an awesome work out. When i first started it would take me 1.5 hrs+ to complete the first work out as i had to to take so many breaks. I think i used to take breaks in the warm up too. My form was terrible i was gasping , i kept having to pause and rewind bits to catch up. Thats was back in Aug 2012. and…

Firstly ^^ amazing results and attitude. My own experience... i started out feel utterly disgusted with myself. As i had not done any exercise for a long time, the first week was hard but you see a lot of water etc loss and i felt like it was going in the right direction. After that every time i looked in the mirror i…

I tened to have a chococlate protein shake after my work out. I use Green and Blacks Organic Hot chocolate and Plain protein powder, either with water , almond milk or semi skimmed milk, Or a mixture of water and Almond/milk. total cals vary from 136 to 160cals or so which i think is quite low. I also sometimes have this…

Great topic, i remember posting about month 2 in my first round of insanity and i felt like i almost died on day 1 of month 2. suffice to say i was not in the best of shape and i sturggled with month2 . Glad to say im now on second round of month2 and its going much better. As for push ups - i struggle with them too. Bad…

^^ agree. rest it out. Could just be over worked. Get lots of water and do some tummy stretches and see how you feel. depending on the pain, get a Dr to confirm if its a pulled muscle. training on it could make it much worse.

First of all well done on kicking *kitten* for 4months solid!! thats real dedication! Hey, I felt the same towards the end of my first round of insanity. I felt demotivated, tired and fed up. I started wokring out in June with just some elliptical machine work outs then fasting, then insanity. So by the end of it i was…

Im doing ok, iv been plodding along with my work outs, trying to put the blinkers on any negativity and press play every day. My weight is not changing very much at all. iv lost 2kg in the beginning , some of which will be water no doubt, i have lost on the inches though. Starting waist was 33.5inches. Im now 31.5inches.…

We bought this one a few years ago... http://www.powerjuicer.com bought it from QVC outlet for £15!! :) in my opinion the juice we make form this taste infinitely better then almost anything you can buy. save for a few good brands of juice. Hi All, Im Munty, just turned 36 and married to Lisa. I have been on MFP since 5th June , which is when i had my turning point. Iv not looked back since then. Just joined the group. not sure if you have your answer already, but thats sounds about right to me. Im on month 1 and seem to burn about 480-500 cals for a workout - then subtract rmr ( about 30-40 cals ) so that gives me 450-480 to enter into mfp.

Cool, ill give this a go....normlly i just have a hot soak and veg out after. Im sure iv read walking helps process the lactic acid build up in muscles after working out so makes sense.
