I am pretty sure I did truly gain the 4 pounds....I admittedly drink quite a bit (we went out of town for my birthday), ate like every meal out. I am truly sick over this....I worked so flipping hard to loose the 20 pounds, took 5 months to do, and I gained 5 pounds back in one lousy week.

All the equipment I use are two 5 pound dumb bells. I use them during almost all my exercises, not just the ones for my arms.
