I am disgusted...Ugh...maintained my 20 pound weight loss for 4 months and then gained 4 pounds back in one week (was my birthday week). Frustrated.....Not happy at all :-(

girl! 4 pounds is nothing! Just watch what you eat for a while and exercise. You'll drop it in no time. From what I hear you fluctuate up and down around 4 pounds anyway. Don't stress about it. Just DO!! You'll be fine0

It may just be water weight due to extra sodium in the foods you ate during your birthday week. Drink double your water for a few days and weigh again. I bet you will be pleasantly surprised.0

Don't fret -- unless you ate 14,000 more calories in that one week than usual, I'm pretty sure it's impossible for those 4 pounds to be fat. Most of it is probably water retention and will go away quickly if you drink plenty of water and go back to your regular diet. That's what I'd surmise, anyway.0

Just get back on track. It may not even be real 4 pounds if it was your birthday it could be sodium and water weight. Flush with lots of water and exercise. If that doesn't help then track your calories for a few weeks. I am sure you will get it off. Good Luck!!0

I am pretty sure I did truly gain the 4 pounds....I admittedly drink quite a bit (we went out of town for my birthday), ate like every meal out.
I am truly sick over this....I worked so flipping hard to loose the 20 pounds, took 5 months to do, and I gained 5 pounds back in one lousy week.0
