Sounds fun. So you mean an Idea of a challenge for each week? How about you just list that everyone does like 20 push ups that week next week 20 sit ups and another week walk 1 mile. Just one challenge a week? Those are just examples. And I think the next goal on here should be lose 15 pounds by valintines day.

I did a very hard thing today at work. I skiped the cheese cake lol. Somone brought in a nice big cheese cake to eat. I was asked and they said they know I want it. but I instead said no and ate my weight watcher meal instead and a botlle of water.

And I do have a correction on my status. I want it to reflect what my fitnesspal account has been going by. last time I was on I was 236. but when I stoped I went up to 241. So I will change it so it matches with my current weight loss tracker. SW 236 CW 227 GW 202 UGW 170
