I wanted to try these for a couple months before I actually made them but when i finally did they tasted like Marijuana.... don't know what I did wrong!? Too bad, I was expecting more of them... :(

Thanks I'll keep the water matching in mind:) And for the bear thing... thanks that is my worst fear.. but 4 years at this cabin I've never seen one and I plan to keep it that way , so I wont be hiking in the bush unfortunately... even though it would be a great workout

rdy2lose, That's great that you lost after your trip! I'll defiantly be swimming a lot in the lake and can make it a workout for myself... and her! She does know that this weight loss important i'm sure she'll understand. Thankyou!:)

I know I can defiantly get back on track when I get home.. I'm just really worried about the weight gain because it will be my birthday on the 23... the Saturday after we get back.. oh yay.. more drinking lol! jk Thanks for the tips!! :)

I dont want to calculate them because when me and her drink we drink a little too much sometimes.... And thank you for the ideas that is defiantly what I'm going to do! with the diet pop and im going to find the best light beer I can !

Well living with my parents I don't really have a say in the junk they bring in.. but they are really respectful and wont buy most junk.. like cookies chips chocolate etc.. but they still buy fries and all those yummy carbs.. which times like now I just wanna pig out. But I guess I could just log it ..... blah.

FatAss4u , Mmm that sounds good! I used to be vegetarian for 5 years, and gave that up... It's hard for me not to eat meat but maybe i'll try again! You gave me a spark of motivation !:bigsmile:

I am the same way.. I do good during the day then after dinner I just wanna eat.. I feel like since it's the end of the day it doesn't matter.. Instead of ice cream, have fat free yogurt (Source yogurt is really good) with frozen blueberries.. it's like frozen icecream.. My mom is addicted now and she used to have ice…
