Afraid to be seen working out..
All I want to do is attempt to go for a run outside. If it's not me worried about people I know seeing me, its me worrying about myself looking stupid trying to run and workout in public... I shouldn't worry about what people think but I do.. It gets me so nervous and anxious. What do I do... >.<

Do flavored green tea's have the same health Benefits as just Green Tea? Is there a certain brand that gives you those benefits or is it just any green tea store bought brand, any flavor?

Too much protein!
I log on my phone to fill out my daily foods, and I focus on the calories that i eat everyday and do pretty well. But when I log onto the computer it shows that I'm always way off for my protein. I am allowed 45g a day... and I'm usually at least 20g too much... So should i be cutting out animal products out of my diet?…

A really bad craving.
I need some help!! I ALWAYS get cravings.. and usually i can't say no and I'll go for it... even if i sit there for 20 mins thinking about if I should or not... it's in my cupboard and I need it! Thats what is keeping me from losing weight... when I give in to temptation. I know, distract yourself, drink water, fruit etc..…
