I'll be 55 in 7 days and feel like I look good. I'm no where near done with 50 more pounds to lose so not sure what my tummy and boobs will end up like. But my face looks younger and I feel younger and more healthy. That's what counts! And my hubby finds me an all new sexy. :)

I also do both, WW and MFP. And I stay within my points and calories. I'm at 33 points per day with weight watchers. Thanks! I am a weight watcher members and follow my points. I track every morsal that touches my lips. I have my calorie at 1,500 but I don't know if it's correct? I use to stick to 1,200 but when I plateaued most people told me I didn't eat enough so I tried to figure it out but don't know.. Hench asking for help.

Both are better for you nutritionally than anything fake like margarine. If it comes from something living it is healthful just check you calories. I prefer poached eggs or egg whites and use spray olive oil, put butter on my toast. Spraying oil makes you use less!
