I have a cardigan corgi that keeps me going. Frisket has so much energy...he makes me much more active than I would be otherwise! I love it though, I think it's really good for both of us.

I know this is late, but this I just finished reading the whole thread and I find it very interesting as I have Insulin Resistance and have always struggled with weight and intestinal issues. I've been weightlifting and using MFP and have had more success in the past 2 1/2 months than I've had...well pretty much ever. Great job and thanks for the pics! They're very inspiring!
