I have some items (like the hot cheetos for example) that I just cannot buy because I know I can't control myself and only eat a single serving. I really like this. I like how you pointed out that it helped you "remove the urgency" of losing weight. Because you are so right. I've been slacking like crazy lately! I'm back though. My goal is to track every calorie every day no matter what. Seems super simple but after falling off the wagon for the past month or so it's a good goal for me!

Wow that's great! I track my steps with my iPhone and I have forgotten it at home the last two days when I went to run errands. But truthfully I need to step it up and do some actual exercise.

How crazy! I literally only have 1 pair that fits as well. My husband was like, do you only have 1 pair of jeans? I was like yes! I have a pair that I could fit into if I lost 15 pounds and then 1 more pair I could fit into if I lost 20-25 pounds.

I currently stay home with my daughter but when I was working coming home and working out was the LAST thing I wanted to do! It is hard to motivate yourself to do that, I think it's good that you are setting a realistic goal.
