WOW! Thank you all for such positive comments! I wish I had the time to reply to each one of you, but I dont. I was hesitant to put my story up because I do not consider myself a success just yet. I am getting there, but right now I am just in between where I was and where I want to be. I am not sure if her comment was…

crunches, push ups, jumping jacks, mountain climbers and the like are all free, no equipment needed and you could do them in your room where none of your family could say anything to you about it.... just a thought. as for the water, get a reusable bottle and fill it from the tap. a good bottle will be maybe $10

Are there any jobs you don't want?

I wouldn't worry about it too much. You WILL lose weight in boot. My husband went in at max for his height at 185 and got out at 170. Personally I'd work on doing sit ups, running, push-ups mountain climbers and 8 counts.

I am not diabetic but I check my sugars a few times a week and they seem to have become more stable and steady since low carbing. I dont want to become a diabetic, it runs in both sides of my family though so I really have to watch out! I am determined to kick PCOS in the *kitten*!!!
