Today, I drank 256 ounces of water :D That's equal to 2 gallons.

I don't get out to the movies much, the last movie I saw that I did enjoy out was "The Fourth Sense" or something of that nature. Pretty good movie! I'm a documentary fan! "Wolf Man".. hmmmm I will check it out!

I ate: Homemade: stuffed chicken strips (feta, spinach, onion, garlic, lemon juice, herbs and spices), mushroom risotto rice and sauteed asparagus. Mmmmm, orange chicken sounds delicious too though!

Hey there! Relax... acknowledging this is a huge step! When I started out, it was so easy to control my habits during the day... but at night it was like the food monster arrived and watch the heck out because he was hungry! (Yes it was a he, lol) Figure out what times of the day are hardest for you to control your bad…

LOL, laugh for a bit, shake your head and smile it off. You're into it so much, your body is pulling a little rebelling move :)

Everyone is a little different, It's very important to feed the body calories you've burned with good healthy foods, your body is a calorie burning machine, if you stop feeding fuel to the fire, that fire will dwindle down. Eat as close as you can to the extras you've earned from working out. The closer you are the better…

Your calorie goal of 1200 is what you should eat daily. Any exercise you do will add to that. 1600 to 1800 is what it will probably add up to after you exercise and add it in. This site is rather accurate. My calorie limit is set to 1200 right now as well. Each day I earn an extra 600 to 1800 calories depending on…

YAY! *High Five* Nice job, keep it going! :flowerforyou:

Personally I think you're fine going either way. I like running barefoot on my treadmill... but that's just me. :flowerforyou:

I'm not sure how long you've been on the meds, but it takes time for our bodies to adjust to anything new. You should note the gain and make a call to your doc tomorrow letting them know, they may need to regulate something. One thing I really want to stress to you is to not stress too much. Things will even out. Just…

Hey there! All I can say is consistency - stay consistent :) motivation, will power and consistency will win the race! I suggest trying mini goals, like lose 4 pounds in 3 weeks and set an actual date. Small goals make up our big ones. You're motivated to do this, so don't turn back and if you do, it's okay. Tomorrow is a…

With those things you listed as currently having add in there: consistency, will power and motivation and that will drive you to the finish line. If you make it there sooner, all the better! It's great to see you've prepared yourself so well! Have a great weight loss journey. :flowerforyou:

Hmmmm, Well I think it's really great that you have a 1400 calorie mind set during the week. As far as eating what you want on the weekends, this is a little un healthy. If you're out eating fast foods and a bunch of junk, I can't see that as being good for your body. You may or others may see the scale drop from this life…

Congratulations!! Stay consistent, your motivation and will power will drive you to the finish line! :flowerforyou:

Go to your local grocery store and grab stuff from the salad bar. You won't find a single thing not ladden with chemicals and sodium, fats and carbs at MC D's. You can also look at Mc D's nutritional info they have on their website. Though something may be low in calories, it's extremely high in other things.

Couldn't have said it better myself! Our bodies shed weight like unrolling a thing of paper towels. It'll happen, but it takes time.

I just watched Season 9 week 5 last night! WOW!!!!! I've had a few changes of heart since week 4. You may too. I won't give anything up... but some surprises around the corner. I watched this on Hulu for the first time ever last week. I don't have cable, haven't in over 10 years now and I don't plan to be sucked in. but…

I am sure that a lot of people let it go on V-day. Welcome back on track. Stay consistent, and your will power and motivation will drive you to the finish line. It also looks like you weren't too harsh on yourself for it. It's nice to see people not mentally bash themselves, as this too is very hard on the body for weight…

If you've gone 5 days without soda, then continue that cycle. If you hit a day where you just have to have one; then have one. You'll see a huge difference in how you feel, not only in your jeans-but in your mind as well. Good luck and I hope for a safe and comforting recovery from your UTI.

I suggest cutting up sliced bread, put them on a pan and cover them in the herbs and spices you like. Bake them at 200 degrees till dried out and then crumble. I don't buy cans of bread crumbs, they are far too salty and full of chemicals. Happy Valentines day!

Go do 100 jumping jacks and 25 sit ups. If you need to step outside and take a quick 5 or 10 minute walk. Curb that craving while you can hold on! If you really can't, then cut out a small piece for yourself, put the brownies away and have a small one, then go walk or exercise. Drink water as well. You can do it! You could…

There are lots of aspects to burning calories. But really first is your weight, height and intensity of the work out, heart rate and so on. Your best bet is to invest in a HRM - Heart Rate Monitor. You could google something like: "Burning calories on trampette" (I have one, but I also have an HRM and each work out is…
