Pack a cooler with smart foods. You can bring in snacks like granola bars and baggies of trail mix in a purse or small backpack.

Say NO, with great meaning behind it. Do it out loud if you have to. But do it. Then prove to yourself that you can eat something healthy instead and do that. Accomplish it this one them, feel great about it and then do it again! You can do it :)

Are you kidding? Any type of bra is expensive... anything worthy of wearing and holding up what it's purpose is for! I have a very very hard time finding something that fits me period. I'm a 38 DDDD or an E depending on brand. Good luck!
